The brushless DC motor mainly consists of a rotor made of permanent magnet material and a stator with a coil winding. It has a lot in common with DC motor, stator and rotor structure is almost the same (the original stator into rotor, rotor into stator), the winding wiring is basically the same.

However, there is one obvious structural difference: brushless DC motors do not have commutators and brushes as in DC motors. Instead, they use a position sensor.Brushless DC motor cannot automatically commutate (phase).

Electrical performance for Brushless DC Coin Motor

(1) These BLDC Motors have much longer lifetime than the normal brush type motors. At the test mode

of 0.2s On 0.1s Off as one cycle, the total lifetime can be 500,000 cycles.

(2) To use these BLDC Motors, the method is same as that of normal brush type motors, because the IC drivers are embedded inside.

It has no interference to the users PCB circuit.
